There was a village where life was as hard as the land, Terradura - ‘hard land’ - was its name. On this hard land was a family of taylors. One of eleven children, Oscar Lino left the hardship of Terradura behind and brought the family craft to Biella, the town of wool. There he met a mender, who shared his love for textiles, and together they created Rammendatura Baù. After three generations of invisible mending of the highest quality fabrics produced locally and exported world wide, the family run business goes back to its roots with Oscarlino: design according to nature not to fashion, made to fit body proportions harmoniously and comfortably.
